I'm passionate about improving the lives of others through crafting better digital experiences. I'd like to consider myself a natural observer. I apply what people say – and more importantly what they do, to think of solutions that feel intuitive. I’m a problem solver that likes to keep sharp and advocate for the user.

Marketing to Design
As a former marketer, I started to notice that there was a strong connection between marketing and user experience design. The two focus on making a product as desirable to the customer as possible. Being someone who loves to problem solve, I began doing more research on how I could create more meaningful and delightful experiences for customers to purchase the products. As I continued to learn more about the UX/Product design industry, I realized I wanted to be the one to speak to users, get insightful feedback, write human-centred content, leverage keyword research, and continue to improve the product to become scalable. Design Experience Impact
From crafting products for small businesses, to testing complex experiences for large enterprises, such as internal point of sale systems, financial tools, and map applications. My design career has encompassed a variety of creative domains that have shaped me as a designer by always putting the customer's needs first.
